The Village of Covington has partnered with Invoice Cloud to provide enhanced online bill pay services. We are excited to announce the launch of our new & improved bill pay service with a user-friendly portal and more features than ever before to view and pay bills online.
Utility customers now have the option to pay bills without being required to setup an online account. Utility customers that choose to re-register for a new online account will have access to enhanced payment scheduling services which include the options to go paperless or opt out of emailed bills. Utility customers may schedule future payments or setup automatic payments utilizing their checking account or any major credit card. These online payment services can be accessed VIA the view/pay utility bill link on the front page of the Village website or by using the following URL link https://www.invoicecloud.com/covingtonoh
The Village of Covington also offers an interactive voice recognition service that allows customers to check their balances and make over the phone payments to their accounts. The 24/7 available phone number for that service is 877-431-9743
These enhanced bill payment services have associated convenience fees which are charged directly by the payment processing provider.
- Online payments by check are charged $1.95 per transaction.
- Online payments by credit card are charged $2.95 per transaction.
- Online payments by phone are charged $2.90 for check transactions and $3.90 for credit card transactions.
The Village of Covington continues to offer automatic withdraw from customers checking accounts (ACH) at no additional charge. If you wish to sign up for ACH withdraws from your checking account the ACH authorization form can be downloaded at https://villageofcovington.com/utility-documents/
Fill out the ACH authorization form, attach a voided check and return it to the Village Office.
