Brumbaugh Construction has now completed the Covington Basketball Court Renovation Project. This project, consisted of the removal and replacement of the four basketball goals, fencing, sidewalks and curb surrounding the courts. A new surface coating and striping has now been completed and the courts are ready for use.
The Basketball Court Renovation Project cost approximately $145,000 with the construction being funded entirely through donations from various individuals and organizations.
Mayor McCord and the Village Council are very appreciative of the community support for this project, and village staff is already working on plans for the next phase of park projects.
