On August 11, 2021 at 10AM bids were opened in a public setting for the Village of Covington, Ohio WWTP Project – Engineering, Design, and Construction Management RFP. Three bids were received and are summarized below. The RFP can be found here. The following items were required in the Fee Proposal:

- Task 2 – Design Services
- Task 3 – Bidding Services – WWTP Construction
- Task 4 – Construction Administration Services
- Miscellaneous fees such as legal costs, permit fees, etc.
The Village is working through the bids to assure compliance with the RFP. A summary of Section 5 – Fee Schedule is below for each submittal. Full review and tabulations will be provided when available.
