The Administration Offices are located in the Covington Government Center at 1 South High Street in Covington.
The Village of Covington Administration Department includes the Administrator, Fiscal Officer, Financial Analyst, and Office Manager / Utility Billing Clerk. The Administration Department includes all financial, billing, and budgeting functions of the Village as well as management of all Village operations.

Jordan Hodges | Village Administrator
Jordan Hodges graduated from Newton High School in 2012. Jordan is a graduate from The Ohio State University. Where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in strategic communications. Jordan holds a master’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University. He has held positions in the public sector for over the last 9-10 years, under various capacities at both the state and local level. Jordan, along with his wife, their son, and two dogs currently reside in Troy, OH.
Alisa Weber | Financial Analyst / Billing Clerk
Alisa Weber recently joined the Village of Covington as the Utility Clerk. She comes to the Village with over five years of experience in utility billing and municipality work. She worked in the banking industry for several decades prior to doing billing for a neighboring Village. She resides in Pleasant Hill with her family.
