Phase 2 Development – TBD
The Schoolhouse Park Master Plan is broken down into multiple phases. Phase 2 , which funding is currently being obtained through the Phase 2 – Capital Campaign, will build upon the foundation created under Phase 1. Some of the elements in Phase 2, may be moved into Phase 1, if funding becomes available in the Spring of 2022.

Anticipated work Completed in Phase 2
- Main Parking Lot – $325,000 (portion will be paid for during the removal of the Rudy Property in 2022)
- Sidewalks / Walking Trails – $100,000
- Park Lighting – $300,000
- Park Landscaping / Trees – $75,000
Funding for Phase 2:
- Estimated Cost for Phase 2: $950,000 (Not Yet Engineered)
- Public Funding: $0 (at this time)
